Eastern Promises - Every Sin Leaves A Mark
Eastern Promises begins with a young woman with no identity who was pregnant and was rushed to the hospital. In childbirth, the midwife managed to save the baby but not with the mother. Then the baby was under the care of Anna Khitrova (Naomi Watts) a nurse in London hospital.
Anna found the child’s mother diary and a business card. Although
Anna is Russian but she does not speak Russian, so she went to the address in the card to investigate the baby’s mother origin.
But who would have thought, that Anna with her positive intentions has fallen into the Russian mafia problems. So is Anna capable to reveal who is the Baby mother?
Eastern Promises directed by David Cronenberg is movie that featuring a sadistic murders scene. In addition, there are some adult scenes that are not worth viewing by underage audience.
In terms of story, ‘Eastern Promises’ gives a fairly interesting story even in the middle of the movie there are boring scene because of there are many deep dialogues. However, the puzzle behind Eastern Promises is quite interesting because the Eastern Promises story is difficult enough to predict.
Meanwhile, in terms of the player, there is no doubt for Naomi Watts and Viggo Mortensen capability to play role in this movie, remembering they have received many awards for their amazing works. Their both look work so hard to play their role in ‘Eastern Promises’. This can be proved by the nominations and awards that this Eastern Promises get.

Alvin and the Chipmunks : The Squeakquel
Alvin and the Chipmunks started with a charity concert that followed by the Chipmunk in Paris, France. At the concert, Dave (Jason Lee) had an accident caused by Alvin Seville (Justin Long). As a result, Dave suffered a serious injury.
At the hospital, Dave decided to leave Alvin, Simon and Theodore at Aunt Jackie house. Dave also send them to go to school.
By coincidence the extracurricular music in their school were in crisis. So Alvin brothers had asked to help their school by following the inter schools music competition.
On other place, three female chipmunks submit themselves to Ian Hawke through the package box Ian Hawke is the man who had been a producer for Alvin and the Chipmunks.
The three female chipmunks who try their luck with Ian are Brittany, Jeanette and Eleanor. Three of them joined in the Chipettes. Ian also intends to compete with The Chipmunk using the Chipettes.
Unlike the first movie, ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel’ directed by Betty Thomas. While the first film, directed by Tim Hill.
Although with different director, ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel’ still will make the audience have a fun big laugh. The silliness and how innocence Alvin brothers are able to make you have fun laugh.
